The mistake:



After a year of savings, i decided to purchase a new TV. I like movies and wathing Tv so i was very excited with the idea of a new TV , so i expent many time reading reviews and gathering information, then finally i purchased the SAMSUNG UE46B6000.



Great mistake...



Cronology:

29/04/2010 :  Purchase of Samsung LED-Tv UE46B6000

07/07/2011 :  First Issue, multiple thin black lines across the panel horizontally. Covered by manofacturer warranty, they replaced entire panel and PCB Main. TV is working fine then.

27/12/2012 : Again , same issue, thin black lines across the panel horizontally, plus vertical red and green lines.

​03/01/2013: Contacted with Samsung Costumer support provided by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS IBERIA, S.A. They offer a solution: upgrade Firmware

21/01/2013: Contacted again with SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS IBERIA, S.A. , with frimware upgraded (changed nothing). NO RESPONSE
